	If you would like your church to become a member of Souled Out please contact us on the Souled Out hotline at (888) 215-0260 and tell us about your church.
The permission form and payment of $20.00 (cash or check) must be dropped off at a Souled Out church on or before Feb 22nd. (*See below for a Souled Out Church near you.) Payment includes lift ticket and transportation to Afton Alps. Ski Rental and other expenditures (i.e. lunch) are not included in the fee. If you own skis, please bring them to reduce your cost. All participants who are registered for the event must use the arranged bus transportation. Buses will leave promptly at 9:00am from the East parking lot at River Falls High School.
